da artikel kemaren yg di share ma Mr. Oishi Masahiro di sini
di pikunya da Jakarta, Indonesia... (haaaa, masih berasa mimpi Jakarta masuk list world tour, pdhal tiket dah dibeli juga, wkwkwkwk)
Woooooooo the boys have made history once again! I just thought I'd translate this because it was exciting and I wanted to share the article - as well as finding the advert (in Yomiuri newspaper) funny ;)
The ad shows the venue, the National Stadium, and funnily has the words 'L'Arc come to Japan' and underneath, "Hello people of Japan" in hilariously broken Japanese (as if they were foreign artists). Hahaha, I love L'Arc's funny posters!

Rock band L’Arc~en~Ciel have revealed that they will be playing at Kokuritsu Kyougijou (National Stadium), Tokyo on the 26th and 27th of May. It will be held as additional dates to their World Tour, and they will be the 4th ever artist to play a solo gig as well as the first band to perform at this Stadium. Known as the most prestigious stage in sport, the stadium will host 100,000 people over the 2 days, which makes a grand total of 450,000 fans during their world tour – the largest for the band yet. Having celebrated their 20th anniversary last year, the band continues to build up their energy.
The monster band taking on the world will descend in this central-Tokyo location.
The stadium has strict rules over the usage of the venue, due to the difficulties with the maintenance of the grass pitch and racing track, and the noise problems within the surrounding local area. Therefore only 3 other artists have performed solo gigs here – SMAP, DREAMS COME TRUE and Arashi. As a band, they will be the first to accomplish this triumph.
These dates will mark the largest tour that the band has ever done – touring 11 countries, 14 cities, 17 gigs and marking 450,000 attendees. The members are delighted, saying “We are very happy to be able to play at such a historical and prestigious venue”.
According to sources, the band had planned to play on the 12th and 13th of May at the Nissan Stadium, Yokohama, and on the 19th, 20th in USJ, Osaka, but the tickets were immediately sold out. Upon strong requests from the fans, they have decided on these additional dates in Tokyo.
The details of the gig and the set list are undisclosed, but it has been said that “The 3 gigs in Japan will be different, as were the gigs in the World Tour”.
L’Arc~en~Ciel have just played a successful gig in Taipei, and will play a historical gig and mark the first Japanese artist to play at the MSG in New York on the 25th. The members promise that their come back, saying “Please come and enjoy L’Arc~en~Ciel slap bang in the middle of Tokyo after we have completed our World Tour, larger than ever before”. The Japanese Rock Stars who have made it across the world continue their road of success.
